So Delisting is a done deal.
As the EGM is proposed to be held more than 12 months after the close of the takeover,
Bennamon and its associates will be entitled to vote on the resolution. Bennamon and its
associates, who together hold 88% of issued shares, intend to vote in favour of the
resolution.
RG will want the company completely private soon after, this was always going to happen in this order.
