Yep, I was watching too, thinking, WTF is happening no info, but a jump in value.
It really pisses me off. If I were a druggie holding up a 7-11, I'd be pepper sprayed by the police, arrested thrown in jail. But when it's white-collar crime based on information asymmetry (read: insider trading), suddenly it's all just a bit of "na, just trading" hand-waving from the regulators ("police") as if it was a victimless chrime.
