open wbt publicity on this? an email reply from ch at the time the collaboration was announced said they were looking for a 'good fab' to run the manufacture of the integration emass/wbt reram compute memory stack- reasonable to expect nvu to stay inhouse with tsmc as the podcast stated and introduce wbt into that arrangement when the timeframe aligns - imo tsmc have the cnfet / fine grain horizontal via stack process tweaked and the adoption of wbt into that would be relatively straight forward....with that in mind i tend to think wbt will follow nvus' lead - there is little need for wbt involvement till that time ( nvu team is amazing in its own right ) and they are better served getting the GSSN ots / array sorted as it will be needed - i think that is also close to being announced but what do we mug punters know?
