Essentially any capital raising (convertible notes / issuing new shares) are the same been carried out in a discount to the current share price.
Overall the Advanced Opportunity Fund will need to pump up the share price otherwise their holdings will be worthless anyways if are to continue the current process of selling shares then buying back via conversion notes.
