Plus - BIT needs its investors to realise the same thing.

There is no white knight in the form of ASIC to make this pudding sweet and that thought should be abandoned by BIT shareholders.

All companies can exist as they like so long as they obey most of the general rules. Incompetence can survive for a long time if they don't break the essential rules. Poor management (as is the case for BIT) is not a reason for ASIC to become involved.

We have a company that has a pore record in financial management, any sense of timing, total lack of communication skills and a complete disregard for shareholders. We have a company that has failed with trials - not the only biotech company to do that.

Whet we do have is a BOD that is desperate to hold on to their jobs but not responsible enough to stop the process when they know that the gig has long been up. They should accept that they need to wind up the company while there is cash left in the kitty.
