The home page on the website sums up the recent progress well (see below). These projects are simply put 'HUGE'. They take time to even get to their current stage. Read through NYSE listed AES' announcements and see who they join partnerships with and do the same for Indian based Essar. This is no small thing.

Think of the time and resources it takes for companies to drill and prove up resources that may or may not be economicaly viable. Years and years. These projects will happen. Essar are even free carrying CGE on the first 20% of the Syngas Plant an expected $100m US. Heck what will CGV have to be worth when that project kicks off alone??

    "Hello.

A little over two months ago, we told you about our first push into the North America market to supply UCG Syngas to a coal-fired power plant in Oklahoma, operated by a subsidiary of one of the world?s largest power companies, the $US14B AES Corporation.

Now we?ve signed a binding HOA with Mumbai-based oil, gas and power multinational, Essar, to provide our UCG technology and expertise under a Technology Licence Agreement.

Under that agreement, we will deliver and operate a pilot and then a commercial UCG plant which we?ll hand over to Essar within 3 years of commissioning the commercial plant.

This agreement is triggered once Essar is granted a UCG block as part of a bidding process with Indian government authorities, which we?re confident will happen.

Our partnership with Essar could generate significant revenue for CGE through licencing and project management fees during design, construction and commissioning of a UCG Syngas plant ($US50M-$US60M), and royalty income after achieving commercial production ($US15M-$US20M).

Essar will free carry CGE for 20% equity through to a commercial UCG Syngas plant, which we?ll pay for at cost, with an expected valuation of at least $US100M.

Together with our Oklahoma project with the AES Corporation, our agreement with Essar is yet more proof that major international energy companies understand we are at the leading edge of global commercial UCG technology and projects.

Our company?s vision of delivering cheaper, cleaner energy to the world, continues, and throughout 2011, our second year of operation, CGE will continue to update you on project developments as they happen. If you haven?t already, subscribe to our EMAIL ALERTS for all the latest news. It takes less than a minute to do."
