On the contrary I have had it at the back of my mind for quite a while, as I am sure other's have.

Think about what they are trying to achieve over the next 12-24months.
* Acquisition of the remaining interest in Marshala.
* Drilling of Botswana (possibly elsewhere also?)
* Penumbra Capex.
* DWC DFS & Capex.
* Plus who knows what else may be added to the list???

They may choose to capital raise in the interests of rapid growth/expansion at the expense of the share price.

Either way they will likely have to debt fund or capital raise to cover a lot of the above points.
