I still in and NOT even thinking of getting out. I agree with abitlikeme. The company is "looking for new projects". That clearly means that they are very certain the deal of their main mine will be sold off to the Chinese.
The market just doesn't know at what price! However, independent reports from TWO brokerage firms using THREE methods of calculations value this mine at 60cents per share Note: the mine only represents 80% of the total assets of the company so if we add in the other 20% we are looking at at price around 70cents if the offer is close to brokers values. Even if it is not we are still looking at substancial upside.
So the question is WHY isn't it trading a lot higher already? The answer is the market is simply ignoring or has overlooked independant brokers reports which is usually only available to the clients of that brokerage firm!
So the put simply; the market will price ACS correctly only when the announcement is made that the Chinese has offered them say 50 to 60 cents per share for their main mine representing 80% of the company's assets. I will say it again "the company is looking for new opportunities" Ding Ding Ding
