Not sure if you guys remember that the same thing happened re-disclosure when the Resource upgrade was due to be released back in November.

Hamish gave an interview and gave away plenty of details before it was announced to market.

It's not the best way to conduct business, and lessens the impact of positive announcements when they happen due to the slow release leakage factor.

One thing is for certain, He needs to get his act together regarding timing of release of ASX announcements. (I know being in Perth doesn't help regarding the time difference when market opens.)

New information when positive has far more positive impact on the SP when the market has more time to digest it.

Make the announcement on an evening then next morning at start of trading its as good as having a mini trading halt. Gives time for buy orders to build and sell orders to get pulled.

Should be a 1 or 2 day halt before PFS is released IMO for maximum effect.

Anyway, all these new posters appeared from nowhere in the last week... coincidence? I think not!

JoJo I think you might have got your wish regarding speeding up the pace of development, looks like they might push for an earlier decision on Final Investment Decision rather than later if you red the article carefully.

Better to get into production earlier while credit/capital markets are still pumping and the resource prices are strong, that will accelerate the SP much more than further drilling. The drilling will continue after production starts and just become icing on the cake.
