Plus, Reconcile is a pioneering drug, first FDA approved in the market. It will take time for the medical community to be comfortable with prescribing it. In fact they medical community, the doctors are our main sales team and there is a need for public to get to know cell therapy as a class.
BUT good news is REVASCOR has a HUGE market - way way way bigger than RYONCIL (not to say RYONCIL won't find its place). So, if you are confident of FDA AA, then it is silly to sit around till after, to then start preparing for commercialisation - It is too bigger market which needs work starting early.
