    This announcement highlights how dodgy some directors of smaller ASX companies are. The announcement says Canopy Tools' shares are only just coming out of escrow, when in actual fact, Canopy Tools sold their shares into 5GN's offer sometime in either January or February. I know this because I viewed the register weeks ago and was surprised to not see Canopy Tools on it.
