Even if Alice and Willis declare bankruptcy, Bubs can still pursue recovery through Alpha Group, which owns the business and holds assets.
It will likely be a lengthy process before we see any funds from the awarded amount but there are viable options available, and it is possible we could recover some money if not all, imo.
