    Think this way incentives are same even when the revenue is not coming. If no revenue that means low sp, with low sp they increase their incentive RSUs,
    Now if we go back Sean was offered 2 Million shares as salary packaging, the sp was .70 which means his salary component was approx 2 million aud, plus incentives.
    Now the sp is 20-30 cents so his salary decreases but he is asking 7.5 million RSUs which are equivalent of 2 million aud on today's sp and 5.3 million based upon his joining sp. Which make is approx 7.5 million annual ( on sp he joined) 2.7 million on today sp and the accumulated losses for holders is more 700 million aud.
    A good way to incentivise yourself. I donot know how many companies pay that big pay package to a CEO for ending up on losing side.
    Mind it he put us all holders on sales for last 2 years and management accepted last year that results are coming later than expected time lines.
