Time will tell... but if they are about to go hard in Mexico, and want to expand beyond hole 4 they absolutely need money now...Usually institutions only part with cash when they have a good outline from the company in negotiations as to what it thinks the near term news flow will be.
I don't believe they would say "Gee, bad results inbound, here's a whole lot of our money" or "Not sure what results are likely to be and not sure if there is strong news flow, but have our money anyway".
