Yes I am following this but hardly visit forum for AGJ as I dont expect any post here so got surprise to see new post. I dont think it will go above 20c even with div as there is hardly buyer or seller but agreed it is good investment and also agreed with Elders as they are in trouble and no more like it was 3-4 yrs back. I am reinvesting div and got small exposure & hoping 5 beggers in 5 yrs time
