I found it very difficult to gain access to the webinar via Zoom but eventually managed it but only during the questions. Was there anything prior to the questions?
Anyway 3 of my questions were answered (the other 2 were a bit blunt so I can understand why they weren’t mentioned!) so I’m satisfied with that.
She has promised more open communication and that is what most SH wanted so that’s a step forward IMO.
