Surely that would suggest they have to earn their interest. If they dont have to earn it then it should be stated that they hold 70% interest. If they have to earn it then what are the terms as that is imperitive to knowing whether or not the deal is good.

If it was so easy one has to ask the question why it was not done earlier???
There is no doubt that wiping the debt clean is a good outcome.
