    100% agree however with clause that no long term incentives should be based on a share price being achieved. All should be linked with actual performance that is within the boards responsibility and 'performance'.

    incentive should be linked to targets like:
    ● achieving production of first xxxx tonnes of antimony and xx thousand ounces of gold
    ● expanded jorc resources of xx million tonnes of au equivalent i.e. mine life of say 15 plus yrs proven
    ● successful operation of the mine for 2 consecutive quaters generating revenue of xxx million

    all of these things should not be hard to define by the board as they will be specified in either the DFS or in the boards strategy for the mine . . All incentives should be minimum of 12 mths ahead.

    if you want to share your thoughts with Ron on the absolute inappropriateness of the current performance incentives i am sure he would be interested in your thoughts
