I interpreted this as you saying theyve looked into the inner workings and decided its too riddled with incompetence to do anything with. But im confised becuase you say thats their whole thesis to unlock the value. If theyev found incompetence wouldnt that be a good thing in their eyes becuase they can now work to change it, not start selling their position?
