STRIKE ON SHAREHOLDER BEHALF. End the Manipulation, page-4

For many, many years we have heard from Clinuvel about a potential acquisition but the best acquisition right now is themselves! Has anyone heard of an already very profitable small/tiny Biotech worth only $350 Million (cash removed) nearly completing a blockbuster Phase 3 that will absolutely transform their already superior financial performance without the need to profit share with Big pharma? Who already holds over $200 Million in cash with zero debt? Where the drug is already FDA approved and growing profits while the Phase 3 trial is running, and already have an existing distribution network in place with about 100 centres accredited so the rollout can commence immediately if approved? My Opinion is no such company exists, and if one did with all this cash and growing profits, then their board would probably implement a share buyback to snap up their own shares - ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAD ANNOUNCED TO THE WORLD THAT THEY WOULD! I can see it was only months ago with the stellar half year results they mentioned how their cash reserves finance a $20 Million share buyback - once again my opinion is they should actually allocate something more like $50 Million to the share buyback because as Clinuvel said in relation to the buyback "we will keep at it until those who gamble against the Company have understood the message." Ongoing daily stock manipulation shows how much the buyback is needed and removing 1.5 Million CUV shares permanently will make a great difference for shareholders as there are only 50 Million shares out there which is amazing in itself.

Clinuvel is today a stronger company than they have ever been. There is no way Clinuvel will ever make a cash printing, profit growing acquisition with a P/E of 14 like they represent today - there is no better investment than buying shares in themselves while protecting, rewarding and redistributing a small amount of capital to shareholders at the same time (as they said they would). They have over $200 Million cash right now and the buyback will use less than 10% of that amount and will in a few months time be replaced with new profits and Clinuvel will have $200 Million cash in the bank AGAIN if they started a 6 month share buyback today!
