IMO the performance rights were a free money grab…I think they are probably regretting it in hindsight. The performance rights should have been aligned with in-ground value creation example appropriate resource estimation goals of 1M Oz above 1.5g/t would have been appropriate and worth more than the amount sought. It’s unfortunate, but I hope Datt can constructively steer the mgmt towards rewards that speak to longer term growth incentives and not short term share price fluctuation based incentives.
