40% of the €70m EIB grant is available before FID. I don't think we'd receive it all at once, so we'd start receiving it in portions over the coming months, and I'd say a decent chunk of it over the next 2 quarters.
They also make mention of strategic investors and government funding. Strategic investors might result in dilution, but there's a good possibility there won't be any on market capital raising.
