strategic partner & shares on issue

We have the strategic investment news coming March/April, im beginning to think that the notice will simply say PALA is the partner, think about it... They are in it for the long haul 10+ years. they have a member of there own on the pen board! They are accumulating shares as we speak.... Averaging up there initial purchase of PEN.

I believe in order to become that partner they must accumulate to a certain level. 20% to 30% of the company perhaps... i will stop for a minute and say it could be the off take purchaser who becomes the partner.. just for now it seems PALA is that partner.. PEN can only make that announcement once PALA acquires enough shares or stake in the company (to a certain level to meet that status that was set or not set) so hence the March/April time frame to provide time...

Shares on issue,

This has been discuses many times on the pen thread with acknowledgment from most that its management and the progress of a quality project that determines company success not shares on issue however they can have an effect on valuations and sp movement.

This current solution to this is simple in theory. A Partner to come in a buy lots and lots of shares to tighten up the register. If we get those big holders on board that effects the supply and demand of shares which effects the SP. I believe PALA could be the key. Sellers are becoming Thin, lots of investors see this as a buy and hold stock now, proof is becoming obvious in the market depth...

Acquisition,

yet another possibility for recent sp movement, a acquisitions of land with jorc or a nearby near producer..

This is becoming the uranium stock for 2011 IMO
