Separately MOD-4s approval was an extension of mine life and was approved on 13 April 2018 after being submitted on 12 January 2018
so ours was submitted 22 January 2025 timeline means without issue could have been determined earlier this month - but there was the tailings dam change requirements
Fingers crossed Ron and team had workshopped the dry stack location with the Environmental planning/authority agency because then its just for final checks on their end + formalities as I am sure they've had time to square away all other parts of it
they show on page 3 they exhibited the modification application from 8 February 2018 to 22 February 2018 so at best this stage is already done, at worst we might have to wait 2 weeks (14 days) for a new exhibition to be done.
Some clarity from Ron would be great but in any case we should be in good standing and just needs a few more formalities to tie the knot on the DFS
