If RCF funding goes through...their shareholding will amount to somewhere around 1.7%....if I am correct (Having some 12 year old scotch tonight...raining cats and dos here in my part of NZ)
The question is why is RC coming in now.
A bigger merger ...potential buyout of a neigbor..or will SYA cease to exist?
if all retail sells now...what maybe the outcome...as in before the merger?
