the project can be debt financed, and if it cant pay off the debt its a bad project and shouldnt have been financed to begin with so better to wipe debt than wipe more equity
I have a feeling they won't be able to get the debt in time with their current burn rate so suspect a raise in the near future aswell given timeliness dragging
