This is where AGM RESOLUTION 3 (Approval of additional 10% placement capacity) becomes important if there is a need to quickly raise additional funds for HILLGROVE as part of the funding package or if any other requirements arise in 2025.
PROBABLY time that the government dipped into its CRM fund and provided LRV with its support by way of a grant or interest free loan for 20% of the development costs ... that would be appropriate given HILLGROVE'S criticality.
NO point me speculating, we all need the DFS and clarity from LRV to affirm its strong views previously that lenders will project finance HILLGROVE & that no further dilution is required.
TBH ... I was surprised that when LRV announced on 31 March, the date of its AGM as 16/5/25 that it allowed only until 3/4/25 for receipt of nominations for directors and I believe LRV probably required two experienced directors (mining and finance) to share the executive work-load.
