Robert, unless you know something I don't, there were delays caused at several times, predominantly by the ASLD. At least these permits provide coverage for not just this round, but several rounds of drilling. All blue sky from here despite the slowish start. I know other companies operating in Arizona and the ASLD have slowed to a snail pace for them also.
