regarding revenue, Paid per listing classifieds business models may not see out the next decade (or less) with AI.
So, infocasas is rolling out fintech IRIS2.0 and Centrify (as are other brands in LATAM) to be the intermediate between the developers (of mostly new builds) and the property agents, instead of being the intermediate between agents and buyers.
Enhancing the relationship between developers and agents and plugging in others initiatives here, medium term is an excellent decision. Ricardo will explain more and then let your imagination run wild.
Short term, as they transition the paid per list fees that agents paid, to the transaction fee marketplace model within the MLS of IRIS, the infocasas rev will flail. I don’t know how long this will take but if you look at the Iris and Centrify revenues from the quarterly, clearly the developers and agents are being incentivised to get within the ecosystem with infocasas.
Ricardo and Shaun are not dumb. They are way ahead of the changing landscape.
