yeah no update on the wind up, very poor because that was a process which is now 4 months in, defintiely would have felt there is an ability to update along the lines of:
- Total Creditor Claims accepted into the Liquidiation - Total Debtor Payments due for collelction accepted into the Liquidation
- Total Amount Collected to date - Percentage Recovery of Amounts Due to date
especially where one of those amounts due is the $3m plus (??) Arbitration Award
