That's the problem " Mlx is in the hunt for acquisitions " . This is not the time for buying ,other companies - it's more a time for returning cash . Mlx has about $240 million and since it will not pay a dividend why not raise the buyback price - 40 cents is a joke and extending the buyback at around that price is meaningless.
