Personally I may consider taking a small parcel of shares at 14 cents if I was comfortable with the company’s plans on how the cash maybe used. But for me 17.5 cents is not a big enough discount to justify the increase in outstanding shares. Then again I would definitely be impressed if AERIS and Bell could achieve 17.5 cents.
