I voted against the renumeration packages at the last AGM. Problem is, most Aussies are aparthetic and could not bother to cast a protest vote. Hence the chair votes in support of all resolutions. l assume that is the case, afterall, who would happily endorse stupid sallary packages and incentives for mediocraty and a Board who obviously has contempt for small SH.
