24/02/2025 - Cumulus disclosed a change in their % holding (as a result of a shares issue) to 7.36%
16/04/2025 - Cumulus notified the market that they ceased to be a substantial holder (i.e. now hold less than 5%)

They had to make the disclosure as they went through the 5% threshold. I am not aware of companies making regulatory notifications when they are not required to and suspect to do so could be market abuse...

I am not a substantial holder myself but hold a significant holding. I too am fed up with the lack of traction but I am not selling a single share!!!
