Apparently having once been told by the management that this Gold and other precious metals was just below the surface and amenable to simple mining methods it turns out the Gold was not financially viable at all.

Mike one of the Brazilian geologists made it clear that the gold could not be extracted or to quote his words certainly not in his lifetime. (E-Mail to this effect!)

A question to ask maybe is when was Steve made aware that this gold was unobtainable? Also why did he continue to promote this company to his group of shareholders when he was aware there was no Gold.

So, the questions I feel investors and potential investors should ask are the management of BBX / BCM outright liars. Or are they simply incompetent?

With the Gold price recently hitting its all-time price how would describe a person that made a very public statement that the pivot from Gold to this low grade R.E. gig was because he felt the movement in the Gold price was at best only tepid.

These facts remain there even if you and others seem to disregard them.

ASIC are currently looking at companies that pedal misleading advice. I don’t know about you, but 360 G p/t Gold revised to zilch sounds more than misleading advice in my humble opinion.
