There needs to be confirmation to upside - it usually starts on the lower time frames to indicate an internal market structure shift which the current mem chart is not showing at all. There aren't any signs within the current chart to determine it a double bottom. Price has just stopped at this level, that doesn't mean it's resistance or a double bottom. But you continue to call it a double bottom which just shows your ignorance.
