I concur. Also, I don't believe these securities are dilutionary at this point. They are only rights to an FPO share should certain conditions be met.
Each performance right is an entitlement to receive one fully paid ordinary share in Arafura Rare Earths Limited (ASX
code: ARU) for a nil exercise price provided the relevant performance conditions and vesting conditions are satisfied.
My guess is ARUAD are for the next tier of management staff if they hit their KPIs, and given that this notice is for an additional 1.25M ARUAD (worth around $250k if vested) it could be for one or several new hires; or a new goal for a team of staff.
