"Once the modifications have been completed, which is expected to take six to eight
weeks, a six-month test program will commence with the aim of producing as many bulk
samples as possible within that timeframe"................
............."The bulk samples will then be sent to Technix in New Zealand for identification and
product certification."

The way the announcement reads is the bulk samples will be sent to Technix at the end of the six -month test program. (and then we wait another six months for Technix to do their testing ????)
Surely bulk samples could be sent to Technix as bulk samples are produced/become available throughout the six-month test program.
