Not so long ago, Wayne was the ISR Messiah and the Saviour of all PEN's technical woes. He was praised by all and sundry for his CV and relevant experience. Now, he is the root of all evil? How finicky you lot are. And you think George will save the day? Dream on. But he does have the perfect platform to play the blame game at least for a year or two until plant performance trumps excuses. I don't think he will get PEN on a profitable path. Chemistry is chemistry, and that is where the problem lies.
