The main reason for the falls in the SP (other than the failed trials) is down to poor financial management.
Twice they let funds go down to almost zero before attempting a CR - with a subsequent massive discount to the asking price.
Plus, they filed to take advantage when the SP was over 10 cents when it would hv been fortuitous to run a cr for a much larger amount.
Financial ineptitude is what has brought BIT to its knees.
