Essentially both Brett and Doug will make a crap load if it gets off the ground. Think of their direct interests. IPB raise money off Nero to fund TMK project. TMK gas gets going both Doug and Brett and Nero make bank. its a win win for all parties involved.
I think this is the game plan - will be interesting to see but it makes a whole lot of sense. Both on the board of both companies, one looking for a partner and one looking for a project.....
IPB 3 mill market cap offers huge upside potential. Anyway we wait and see
