an update on some info from a call I had with investor relations ..
re the wording used "significant change" for sales this quarter.. spoke re this as much as possible and for the conspiracists out there no .. no numbers were given..
where we are up to though is after all the work that has and continues to be done we are now going to start to see the rewards come thru in sales and revenue. to say the word significant there must be high confidence in what is coming thru .. so we wait to see the actual numbers and then how it continues. depending on these to me we are likely close finally to the inflection point where as these results start to show the market sees what it is, what its got .. and that triggers the SP re-rate that we all are hanging out for...
re sales, the team and changes.. from the 4c..
Appointment of Scott Long as new SVP of Sales:
• 30+ years in breast cancer medical device sales, predominantly in start-ups.
• Extensive relationships with breast surgeons and high potential sales candidates.
• Sales leadership and executive team spending more time in the field and upskilling the sales teams to execute. • 2 additional KAEs with breast cancer experience being recruited to support accelerating qualification and conversion of leads into sales.
• Focus on expanding in key accounts with existing MSAs totally >750 identified opportunities.
Scott is a "hands on" out there in the field operator and as said brings extensive contacts and relationships with breast surgeons, re the ASBS conf now on.. apparently Scott reached out to a number of surgeons to see if they are attending and generated over 50 responses to meet.. strong start...
re the ASBS, the Co has a big presence there.. people attending are MD, CMO who is also presenting a paper, new Head of Bus Dev, Scott, full sales team, Marketing and customer service people.. very strong and continuing on from the ONS conference.. I will follow up after the conf and update again...
something that seemed to fly under the radar in the 4c was the whats being worked on next story .. these are ..
Next 1-2 years: Innovate and expand
GOAL 4 Expand reach in oncology • Body composition expansion • Leg lymphoedema.. and bi-lateral arm ( this last wasn't listed?? but is happening )
GOAL 5 Develop new markets • ROW activities initiated with market assessments underway • Heart failure development initiated through clinical research partnerships with SOZO Pro ...CHF is a BIG DEAL !!..
all of these have been resurrected by PB and the team after being shelved previously and all now are progressing.. stay tuned to see what comes out..
re the Co being clear and accountable.. you may have noticed that we now have on each 4c a quarter outlook and then update "scoring" this on the next one..
otherwise all the financials were up.. and did anyone notice the change in ARR even with the current low sales numbers ..??
thats it.. glass half full or empty .. personal choice.. stay tuned but yes after a small hiatus.. accumulation is once again the word..
