Trump found this out in his first Presidency where so many of the bureaucrats ignored him

It is one thing to be a boss but you either have the staff on your side or the power to take them out and shoot them if they don't comply

Remember the good old days when government workers were 100% non political--- they just did what their bosses told them to do.

The Democrats have ruined that system and the Conservatives have been too soft to stop the rot
