You keep saying the spill was a result of the cap raising. Thats not the full story at all. For me and a lot of people it was the largest of the bonuses and salary packages, the unfettered spending (up to 6M a quarter) and the lack of preparation for the transition to sales. For me, I wasn't worried at all by the cap raise although I believe it was poorly times. The share price was gaining momentum and the could have let it run further on the hype of the approval. Anyway, that's history. Better times ahead I'm sure.
