those 14 page novels don't right themselves (or refresh themselves) every 3 months.......between that, marketing on RAAS, riding a bike and the occasional ASX release of a 'major contract' who has time to look at the number of customers, revenue per customer, churn or building a recurring revenue model let alone recruiting an accounts receivable person
at some point this may be a company that rewards shareholders (over the CEO & board), but it seems highly unlikely that it will be with a CEO overseeing a company that seems to be able to create highly complex digital twin models of a large areas but that same CEO is unable to quantify no. of clients/revenues/arr or even pick up the phone and chase a late payment
