IPB farm in with TMK to develop Mongolia's largest natural gas resource?

Pure speculation but wouldn't a farm in with TMK make sense here considering Dougal and Brett are on the board of TMK as well as IPB and have interest aligned heavily in both companies?

Then you have the Nero side to it

Doug Jendry is also on the board of IPB who works for Nero. If Nero came on board for IPB as a strategic investor and they farm in with TMK, TMK would have access to a crap load of funds.

Nero and Doug ran CMM from a 50 cent stock to over $10 (4 billion market cap now)

Essentially both Brett and Doug will make a crap load if it gets off the ground. Think of their direct interests. IPB raise money off Nero to fund TMK project.
TMK gas gets going both Doug and Brett and Nero make bank. its a win win for all parties involved.


So TMK currently 25 mill market cap - if the Mongolian project gets off the ground think a market cap in the billions (largest natural gas project in Mongolia)
IPB - 3 mill market cap access to a farm in with this co.

Pretty decent leverage and all parties benefit - TMK with funds, develop of project and partner in doing so - IPB access to a good project to develop as a percentage with Nero backing them in - its a win for all.

Has to be the most logical play here - surely. I assume they just got to convince TMK largest holder and Chair Tsetsen Zantav to get on board. I don't see why he wouldn't if this would fast track the project getting online.

All speculation of course, but if this was to occur I think IPB could moon....
