Just need new contracts and it will fly to $ 1 plus. Current ceo said there are few new contracts on the verge of signing before 4th quarter end. Lets hope so. If VA contract then, its similar to company's market cap. This will explode.
Best case scenario would be VA contract then takeover by company like PME, will fetch even $2.
Just my opinion, I am holding and waiting...
