silence is golden

Thought I might throw in my two bobs worth of theory on the current situation.
L also get very peed off with the lack of updates from the main man,however,I believe the silence at the moment is for a good reason.
Without any logic,knowledge or reason,I am seeing the current "silence" as a very nice indicator that discussions have now reached a point where complete confidentiality is paramount(normal process).
We have at times in the past seen a bit of the "leaky ship" but with what is purported to be happening behind the scenes in terms of discussions,I like what I see,hence the heading "silence is golden".
Just remember,nothing has changed with the fundamentals of this company,give HR time to secure the right deal.
I am probably sounding like pheonix now.
Any thoughts?
