The plan is in place, self-funded explorer with some extra activity's happening in the background with no expense to DRE is how i see this farm - in JV agreement, what more would you want, exposure to our tenements and no dollar cost involved for DRE.
Not forgetting our Rare Earths sitting there. $$

Let's look at it

The $ 15M farm-in JV with Teck is a positive from DREs perspective no upfront dollars from DRE.
Cash benefit ($450k) $200k upfront $250k within 3.5 years
$1M min spend on exploration, if Teck spends $5M but doesn't complete full earn-in, DRE retains 100% ownership.


This allows DRE to concentrate on their Gold Resource strategy and becoming a self-funded explorer through mining the SOM, with dollars coming into the bank, this is what the market wants imo, with a lot of news to come in shortly, hopefully some really good results, and Gold being $5,000 oz Aus, where in a good position, and know more CR,s and a share buyback is what I'm looking for, DT will deliver, just need to be patient.
