On the money IMO AJ. An announcement has to be forthcoming this week based on the CR deferment dates plus imminent DFS. Looking at average volumes January was a build up and February is double normal for 2 years. Many cross trades.
Interesting month coming up, should see testing of 10 and beyond. Charts, fundamentals, DFS, and Corporate activity (speculation) is the alignemnt of the stars.
